WMSD - Web 02

Knifedge won a three way pitch to provide the branding and website for the 2009 World MS Day, for The Multiple Sclerosis International Federation.

World MS Day is a global event aimed at ending the struggle of MS sufferers by connecting up MS support agencies all over the world. Therefore, the site includes an integrated map (powered by Google) which allows users to find other supporters, organisations and events in their area.

The site was developed especially for people with MS and their families. The symptoms of MS are very varied from sight problems to problems with movement so the site was built in consultation with MS sufferers to cater for a wide range of ability issues. All sight issues such as size and colour were catered for as well as keeping the design of the layout simple and with sufficient distance between sections to aid those with movement issues.

What Our Clients Say

'Thank you for giving me the opportunity to view the MS day website in its development stage, I think it is great that you are taking the views of the potential users into account! I found that it is a clearly laid out site that is easy to navigate. I like the linky buttons on the right hand side. I hate sites that are over cluttered or complicated to navigate, so I really liked this one! One of my main problems is that due to weakness etc in my arms I have trouble clicking links on sites as I often slip and hit the wrong one! I found the links in this site to be of a good size, with a reasonable distance between them so that I did not accidentally find myself on the wrong page!'
