
Wizards is a group of micro-consultancies providing creative approaches to reinvigorating organisations and helping them achieve positive change to meet ambitious commercial goals.
Learning and organisational development is a complex area. It is a field which attracts some of the finest academic, scientific and creative minds. Helping people and the organisations in which they work to achieve positive change can be approached in many different ways.
The challenge in communicating who the Wizards are and what they do was in part to understand this ourselves. The Wizards speak many different languages, both internationally, but more importantly in terms of their individual expertise. Finding common ground between such individuals and effective ways of expressing the meaning of this was one of our most difficult tasks.
Knifedge's central approach to enabling the Wizards to communicate better was to redesign their existing brand and launch a new website. We also worked in collaboration with Wizards to distill their message and write simple clear copy to explain what they do to both expert and layman alike.
