Knifedge was commissioned by HMDT to produce a set of short films to promote and mark the 2008 Holocaust Memorial Day. The series of shorts intend to challenge and promote discussion.

The Holocaust and Genocide are very delicate subjects and Knifedge worked very carefully with HMDT to carefully manage potential public perception of the pieces. Knifedge worked collaboratively with HMDT to obtain permission from Buckingham Palace, British Library, Imperial War Museum and various other representative charities to ensure groups involved in the Holocaust and other Genocides were comfortable with the films.

Knifedge provided a full production service, from initial creative idea through to final delivery. The films were directed by Tom Hadley and design directed by Sandra Goddard.

Knifedge is very proud to have been associated with the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust and welcomed the opportunity to produce some very thought provoking films.

What our Clients say…

“Knifedge has produced a series of thought provoking films which command attention”.
