Knifedge produced a film documenting a selected group of TKMaxx staff, both shop floor and management, discussing and producing customer service standards for the organisation. Produced by Jonathan Brigden and Nicky Bradburn, and Directed by Kate Allen, the piece was distributed across the UK network of TKMaxx stores as part of the ‘Every Customer Counts’ pack.
