This powerful documentary self portrait combines stills photography with traditional model animation to deliver a powerful insight to the bi-polar condition.
It was picked by the BBC to be broadcast for one month on the UK Big Screen Network and is being entered for festivals internationally by the British Council.
Twinkletoes is Gerry’s cat. He may be ‘just a toy’, but to Gerry he is crucial to the rituals that constitute her daily life. Written by Gerry Tracy and directed by Tom Hadley, this film is the first to be made as part of the Heart n Soul ‘Stills Movie Project’, which introduces the process of film-making to Heart n Soul artists with learning disabilities.
